Day 7 Phoenix Gun Range & Drag Racing

Today we head south for a while to one of the largest open cast mines in the world for a tour, then heading north back towards Phoenix we stop late afternoon at a gun club where you can try your hand at firing anything from a pistol to a machinegun, strangely the Ladies of the group will have the biggest grin after this. Then we set off to the Drag racing for the Friday night Run What Ya Brung, a spectacular event with even a funny car or two sometimes making an appearance.
